Registered Nurse (RN) - Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center

Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs
Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
Conduct routine assessments and document patient progress
Lead and mentor Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) in providing care to residents
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss resident care and develop plans for improvement
Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment
Requirements:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Massachusetts
Minimum of one year of education or experience in geriatric nursing or rehabilitation preferred
CPR certification
Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
Ability to follow oral and written instructions
Ability to work hours as scheduled based on the requirements of the position assignment
Physical ability to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics required

Additional Information:
Salary: $42 - $48 HOURLY
