You arrive at our climate-controlled job shop in Pennsauken, greet the team, and step into a cell that runs like a well-tuned spindle. The morning starts with prints and models—reviewing dimensions and tolerances, mapping the sequence of operations, and programming toolpaths in your CAM software. You set up the CNC lathe, confirm workholding, touch off tools, and help operators get the first piece right. Throughout the run, you inspect parts with micrometers and calipers, making fine adjustments to keep everything in spec.
