Kai Wagyu is a premium butcher shop and nationwide eCommerce brand specializing in authentic Japanese Wagyu, premium seafood, and curated gourmet products under the Chubby Group umbrella.
We're a small but growing team focused on delivering an exceptional customer experience both in-store and online. We're looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership, staying organized, and helping a growing business operate smoothly every day.

What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly, professional attitude
- Educate customers on our Wagyu and seafood products (training provided)
- Recommend products, bundles, and seasonal promotions
- Build lasting relationships with repeat customers
Retail Operations
- Open and close the store
- Receive, organize, and restock inventory
- Maintain clean, organized, premium product displays
- Keep the store operating efficiently throughout the day
- Help identify operational improvements and solve problems proactively
Online & Administrative Support
- Pack and prepare online orders accurately when needed
- Assist with customer service emails and phone calls
- Help process online orders and administrative tasks
- Support inventory organization and product management
Team Support
- Communicate with team members to keep daily operations running smoothly
- Take initiative rather than waiting to be directed
- Help train and support new team members as the company grows

- Able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Interested in growing with a small business
Retail, grocery, hospitality, restaurant, or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train the right person.
