Dental Back Office Regional Manager: Full-Time
We're looking for an experienced Regional Back Office Manager to oversee multiple dental practices, ensuring exceptional patient care, efficient clinical operations, and strong team performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of multi-site dental leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of dental clinical operations, compliance, and back office workflow
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and hold teams accountable
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem solving skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced goal oriented environment
- Willingness to travel throughout the assigned region
