Happy Joe’s Mendota Heights is getting close to opening, and we’re looking for friendly, outgoing servers and drivers, and cooks ready to perfect the art of taco pizza making to join our team! Server Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat guests with a positive attitude
- Take orders accurately and deliver food to tables
- Provide friendly, attentive service throughout each visit
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials
- Keep dining and service areas clean and organized
- Process payments using the TOAST POS system
- Work closely with team members and management
Server Qualifications:
- Previous serving experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive, teamfocused approach
- Must meet local age requirements for serving
Driver Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly service
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials
- Familiarity with the area or willingness to learn for quick delivery
- Work closely with team members and management
Driver Qualifications:
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Able to provide own transportation
- Knowledge of or willing to learn the delivery area
- Positive, team focused approach
- Must meet local age requirements for serving
Cook Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of the menu and specials
- Process orders via TOAST KDS
- Ability to quickly execute with high quality
- Work closely with team members and management
Cook Qualifications:
- Previous kitchen experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Positive, team focused approach
- Must meet local age requirements
