Mega Logistic Inc, megalogisticinc.com , is looking for full time Customer Service Representative who is motivated, self-driven, and experienced in the logistics field to be part of a progressive and highly successful team.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Deliver exceptional customer service and sales support via phone, email, and online chat
- Receive and answer customer inquiries and concerns, including requests for quotes, services, rates, billing, issue resolution, and general information.
- Liaise with individuals in other departments (e.g. Warehouse, Shipping, and Accounting) as necessary to better serve customers;
- Accurate data entry
-Help process, print orders/labels/BOLS for shipments
- Follow up with accounts for past due invoices
- Processing requests for inbound/outbound services
- Establishing and maintaining customer’s files
- Additional duties assigned by Manager
Required competencies:
- Have excellent listening and communication skills
- Experience in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5+ years in customer service, help desk or call center experience.
- Type 50+ words per minute
- Have the ability to clearly speak and be understood on the phone
- Demonstrate the ability to multi-task skills to enter accurate data and type while speaking with customers
- Remain calm and able to work under pressure when busy and help other team members
- Self-manage daily tasks and workload
- Show a high level of personal organizational skills
- Establish, develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Coordinate effort with warehouse and accounting departments.
- Must speak fluently in Mandarin Chinese and must know how to read and write in Chinese.
