Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical Surgical Rehab
Location: Marshfield, WI
Duration: 13 Weeks (Open to extend)
Shift: Nights | 12 Hour Shifts | 36 Hours/Week
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join a Medical Surgical Rehab unit in an acute care hospital. The ideal candidate will have experience in rehabilitation nursing or Medical Surgical care and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult rehabilitation patients.
- Administer medications, IV fluids, antibiotics, and heparin as prescribed.
- Monitor patient progress and collaborate with the interdisciplinary rehab team.
- Participate in patient care conferences and discharge planning.
- Float to Medical Surgical/Telemetry units as needed.
- Document patient care using Cerner EMR.
Requirements
- Active RN License.
- Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
- Current BLS (AHA) Certification.
- Rehab experience preferred; Medical Surgical experience accepted.
- First-time travelers accepted with Rehab experience.
- Cerner experience preferred.

- Every other weekend and holiday required
