We are looking for someone to cook, serve and clean up the evening meal on Friday and Saturday nights at Hope Springs at Minnetonka. We are somewhat flexible on the start time but the meal is served at 6pm. There are 21 residents and 3 employees. We have our own kitchen and our dietitian makes all of the menus. You are the only one working in the kitchen making the meal. It is a family style meal with one main entree (some may want a substitute) We serve good food that our residents really enjoy eating.
We are looking for someone who is dependable (we do not have back ups so this is a very important trait) consistent, organized and makes good tasting food. You will be working alone in the kitchen at your own schedule and pace to get the meals to the residents on time as scheduled. We do have some specialized diets including mechanical soft and lo cal, etc.
Experience working in a nursing home, assisted living, or group home type setting helpful. You will be well paid and expected to perform well.
