Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team and support the educational development of students. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to assist in classroom activities and provide essential support to teachers.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and educational activities
- Support students with special needs, including those with autism, in their learning process
- Help maintain a safe and organized learning environment
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed
- Assist in monitoring and managing student behavior
- Collaborate with teachers to assess student progress and adjust support strategies accordingly
Skills
- Experience working with students, particularly in early childhood education or childcare settings
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to communicate effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Basic understanding of math concepts
- Experience working with children in a Montessori environment is a plus

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
