Job Summary:
As a member of our Back of House team, you will be responsible for supporting daily kitchen operations, ensuring food quality, safety, and efficiency. This role is hands-on and essential to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
Responsibilities:

Prepare ingredients and assist in cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards

Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, workstations, and storage areas

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health regulations

Monitor inventory levels and assist with receiving and storing deliveries

Support the kitchen team in executing daily prep and service tasks

Communicate effectively with Front of House staff to ensure smooth service

Assist with training and mentoring new team members as needed

Previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen is preferred but not required

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards (ServSafe certification a plus)

Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow directions

Strong organizational and time management skills

Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
