What You’ll Do
- Capture high-quality HDR photos of residential and commercial properties
- Option to expand into walk-through video, aerial/drone media, 2D/3D floor plans, and virtual tours (Zillow 3D and iGUIDE – no Matterport)
- Deliver polished, consistent work and upload images nightly

Qualifications
- Proven experience in real estate photography
- FAA Part 107 Drone License a PLUS (or currently pursuing)
- Gimbal experience a PLUS (camera or iPhone Pro)
- Willingness to learn 3D tour and floor plan creation
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Own transportation
Required Equipment
- DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of AEB (5 brackets, 2 stops)
- Ultra-wide lens (14–16mm)
- Sturdy tripod
- Gimbal (if shooting video)
- Drone (if licensed)
