Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) – Adult Residential Treatment Home
Location: Oregon
Position: Part-Time or Full-Time
Pay: $40/hour
We are seeking a qualified Mental Health Professional/QMHP to provide mental health treatment and habilitative services in an adult Residential Treatment Home (RTH).
The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults experiencing serious mental health conditions and be able to provide services in accordance with each resident’s individualized service plan and Oregon Health Authority (OHA) requirements.
Responsibilities
* Provide mental health treatment and habilitative services to adult residents.
* Support residents with emotional regulation, behavioral management, communication, daily living skills, community integration, and other identified needs.
* Participate in development and implementation of individualized service plans.
* Monitor residents’ progress and document services provided.
* Coordinate with the resident’s treatment team and other providers.
* Participate in clinical consultation and care coordination as appropriate.
* Follow OHA requirements, facility policies, and applicable Oregon regulations.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Qualifications
* Must meet Oregon/OHA requirements to function as a Qualified Mental Health Professional (QMHP) or otherwise qualify as a psychiatric treatment services provider under applicable OHA requirements.
* Appropriate Oregon professional license, degree, certification, or other qualifying credentials as applicable.
* Experience working with adults with mental health needs preferred.
* Residential mental health experience preferred.
* Ability to work collaboratively with residential staff and other healthcare professionals.
* Successful completion of required background checks.
