We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic High School (HS) Coordinator to join our educational team. Duties
- Lead the planning and execution of high school academic programs, ensuring they meet curriculum standards and institutional objectives.
- Manage program budgets, monitor expenditures, and develop grant proposals to secure research funding for educational projects.
- Coordinate with university departments to facilitate curriculum development, academic advising, and student engagement activities.
- Supervise team members, including faculty and administrative staff, providing guidance on project management and personnel management in education.
- Oversee recruitment efforts for program participants and staff, ensuring a diverse and qualified cohort.
- Develop strategies for program development that enhance student learning experiences and academic research opportunities.
- Maintain compliance with higher education administration policies and ensure all activities adhere to institutional standards.
- Prepare detailed reports on program progress, funding status, and research outcomes for stakeholders.
Requirements
- Proven experience in project management within educational settings, particularly in high school or university environments.
- Strong background in budgeting, grant proposal writing, and securing research funding.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience managing teams in academic or educational institutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations.
- Extensive experience in academic leadership, curriculum development, and higher education administration.
- Familiarity with university policies related to education administration and research funding processes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills essential for educational program development and stakeholder engagement.
- Prior college faculty experience or teaching background working with students is highly desirable.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
