- This job is not a good fit for someone who needs full time hours from the start.
It begins with part‑time hours during training and will build toward full‑time over several weeks to months as you learn the systems, adapt to the physical demands, and consistently perform 5‑star cleans. The speed at which you move through training is based entirely on my performance and how well you follow the company’s processes.
Training generally takes about 2-3 weeks, starting at $16/hr with a lighter schedule while you build your pace. As you progress and meet expectations, hours will increase. Once fully trained, cleaners typically work 30–35 hours per week at $21/hr plus tips, mileage, and bonuses, with top performers earning even more.
Are you comfortable starting part-time and building your schedule as you progress through training?
