Trademark Attorney – Bayramoglu Law Offices
Location: Henderson, Nevada (U.S. Office) (Remote)
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary Range: $70,000 – $140,000 (depending on experience)

We are seeking a motivated Trademark Attorney to join our U.S. office. This role is ideal for candidates with prior legal experience. While trademark experience is preferred, it is not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, draft, prepare, and file documents throughout the trademark prosecution process.
- Conduct legal research and provide guidance on trademark-related matters.
- Communicate effectively to provide updates, advice, and strategic recommendations.
- Assist with additional intellectual property matters as needed.
Job Requirements
- Education: Juris Doctor (J.D.)
- Licensure: Member in good standing of any U.S. State Bar
- Experience: 1–4 years
- Strong persuasive communication and legal writing skills.
- Ability to manage deadlines and handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.
