First Bank is currently seeking a proactive, relationshipdriven Treasury Management Officer to join our team. In this role, you'll help businesses optimize their banking operations by delivering tailored treasurymanagement solutions, onboarding clients to cash management products, and serving as a trusted advisor throughout the relationship lifecycle. Duties include:
Business DevelopmentRelationship Growth

Generate new depository relationships by proactively identifying and engaging prospective business clients.

Conduct needs assessments to recommend appropriate cashmanagement solutions tailored to each customers operations.

Prepare proposals, pricing, and product recommendations tailored to client needs.

Partner with commercial lenders and retail team to support crossselling efforts and deepen existing relationships.
Product ImplementationOnboarding

Lead the setup and implementation of treasury products including digital banking platforms, ACH services, wire transfers, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and merchant services.

Provide handson training to clients to ensure they understand system functionality, security features, and best practices.

Coordinate with internal operations and thirdparty vendors to ensure timely and accurate product installation.
Client SupportDaily Servicing

Serve as a point of contact for cash management customers, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and resolving service requests.

Monitor account activity and product usage to identify opportunities for optimization or additional services.

Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure satisfaction and longterm retention.

Maintain cash management information on the online Vault (intranet), website, and provide content for cash management e-newsletter.
Risk ManagementCompliance

Ensure all cashmanagement activities comply with bank policies, regulatory requirements, and security standards.

Assist clients in understanding fraudprevention tools and promote adoption of services such as positive pay and dualcontrol processes.

Maintain accurate documentation for all product setups, agreements, and client interactions.
Other:

Work as one collective bank team and assist in other departments as needed.

The ideal candidate holds a fouryear degree in business, accounting, or a related field, or brings equivalent professional experience, along with at least five years of business development or banking experience. Strong communication, presentation, and relationshipbuilding skills are essential, as is a solid understanding of business accounting principles. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively across departments. A customerfocused mindset and a commitment to delivering highquality service are key to success in this position.
