TL;DR: (Too long, didn't read) Attention high-performing, growth-minded Sales Managers…. we run a group of emergency dental offices, and we're growing quickly. Founded in 2022, we're now five locations across Houston, Austin, and San Antonio, with a goal of 15 in three years (hint hint: we will be looking for people to promote).
We're hiring additional Sales Managers to run one of our stores: someone who can lead a team, build real relationships with them, and drive the thing that matters most, helping patients say yes to the care they actually need. If you like owning a number and you're at your best when the people around you are winning too, keep reading.
No dental experience required. We will train on dental. Experience managing teams is a must.
This is your store to run
You'll own one location. You run the floor, you set the tone, and the production goal is yours to hit. But the number isn't the whole job. The team is. Before any of the systems or dashboards matter, your first job is to earn the team's trust and get them to believe in where you're taking them. Managers who do that well tend to find the rest follows.
Here's what makes the work meaningful. People call us in real pain, the kind that makes it hard to think straight. They're not here for a cleaning. They need someone to fix it and give them their normal life back.
A day in the life
7:45 A five-minute team huddle. Pick one of the five core values, talk about what it means to live it, share a quote, get everyone aligned and energized.
8:00 Doors open. First patients in, phones ringing, online confirmations landing. Check the route slip and make sure Doc has everything.
10:00 Notes ready for a mid-morning meeting, remote teams running smoothly. Print the resume for the assistant you're interviewing later.
12:00 Great catching up with a patient you got in this morning for an emergency. Grateful people are the best part of the job.
1:00 Busy morning behind you. Trays set for the afternoon, sterilizer running. Lunch, earned.
2:00 Crown patient checked in and ready. Tight afternoon shift ahead.
6:00 Confirm the crown case is ready for pickup. Finish the day strong.
8:00 Where did the day go? Whew.
What you'll do
You'll lead and coach a team, and get the best out of each person on it. You'll own a daily production goal and be honest about why you did or didn't hit it. You'll set the standard for how your office runs and feels, and build the kind of environment people are glad to show up to. And when someone genuinely isn't a fit, you'll address it directly, because holding a clear standard is part of what keeps a good team good.
Who does well here
We hire from all kinds of backgrounds, retail, hospitality, sales, healthcare. Dental experience isn't the point; leading people is. The managers who thrive here can do two things at once: they want to win, and they know how to rally a team to win with them. They stay steady when the day gets busy, they hold people accountable in a way that feels like belief rather than punishment, and they'd rather lift the whole room than stand out in it.
Our three core values, and how they actually play out
- Driven to Win. We create opportunities instead of waiting for them, and we take ownership of our results.
- Strategically Resilient. When something goes sideways, and it will, we pause, reassess, and move with a clear head.
- Relentlessly Timed. Time is the asset. We prioritize what matters and don't let things drift.
Where this goes
We promote the fastest, and we mean it. We started in 2022, and we've grown to five locations because we develop leaders and give them room to move up. Every new store needs a strong one. Prove you can run one store well, win with your team, and develop the people around you, and the next step is genuinely yours to take. Plenty of vertical advancement here for anyone looking to build a real career, not just take a job.
