Part-Time to Full-Time Pathway

What You'll Do
- Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
- Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision
- Collect and record client data
- Support communication, social, and daily living skill development
- Build positive relationships with clients and families
Requirements
- Must have completed the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) coursework, be currently enrolled in the coursework, or be willing to begin the training provided by the company upon hire.
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to obtain required certifications and training (e.g., First Aid)
- Reliable transportation and a valid, clear driver's license
- Availability for afternoon/evening hours
- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn
- Passion for working with children
- Ability to pass required background checks, including FBI and child abuse clearances
- Work authorization required in the United States
- This position may require standing, walking, bending, kneeling, transitioning with clients, lifting materials or items up to approximately 25 pounds, and traveling between service locations, as applicable.
