Construction Estimator – Commercial & Residential Projects
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction Estimator to support commercial & high-end residential construction projects. This role is responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing plans and specifications, and collaborating with project managers to deliver competitive and successful bids.
Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial projects.
- Review drawings, specifications, and contracts to determine scope, materials, and labor for a full proposal.
- Develop bid proposals, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead
- Update estimates as project conditions or scopes change
Qualifications
- Proven experience estimating commercial construction projects
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Experience:
- Construction estimating: 2 years (Required)
