Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our property management team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the appearance, safety, and functionality of our residential properties while providing excellent customer service to residents.
Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner.
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs, including:
- Plumbing
- Electrical
- HVAC (basic troubleshooting and repairs)
- Drywall and painting
- Carpentry
- Appliance repair
- Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-ready turns).
- Conduct preventative maintenance on buildings and equipment.
- Inspect properties for safety hazards and maintenance needs.
- Maintain common areas, grounds, and amenities.
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergency maintenance.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work orders and materials used.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- 2+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in apartment or property management.
- General knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
