Our team is looking for a licensed Hawaii real estate Broker interested in earning passive income. The chosen applicant will serve as the sponsoring Broker for a fast-growing real estate technology company. This role does not require day-to-day transactional oversight or any salesperson's license sponsorship.
The applicant's license must be available for immediate use (i.e., the license is in active but unused status; outside license activity is allowed) without any record of disciplinary action. Applicants must also be willing to submit to a background check.
This is a part-time, independent contractor role with minimal time requirements (only 3-5 hours per month). Compensation begins at $12,000 annually (based on the candidate's qualifications).
