We are a fast-growing herbal delivery service seeking a Customer Delivery & Logistics Specialist who is a dependable, professional, and customer-focused individual to join our growing team.
This role combines customer service, logistics, order fulfillment, and delivery operations. We're looking for someone who is punctual, detail-oriented, trustworthy, and comfortable working independently while representing our brand in the community.
What You'll Do
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude with customers
- Deliver herbal gifts to customers throughout DC and surrounding areas
- Communicate with dispatch and follow delivery instructions
- Ensure accurate, timely, and professional deliveries
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate and fulfill customer orders accurately
- Maintain organized records and delivery documentation
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Assist with daily operational tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication and professionalism
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Collaborative and adaptable in fast-paced environments
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently
- Strong attention to detail and accountability
- Experience in delivery, logistics, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle & smartphone
- Ability to navigate roads efficiently
- Punctual, trustworthy, and responsible
- Prior delivery experience (Uber Eats, DoorDash, courier, etc.) is helpful but not required
