- Lead the planning and execution of ground-up multifamily construction projects
- Manage project budgets, forecasting, and cost controls
- Oversee contract administration and subcontractor management
- Review and negotiate change orders
- Develop and maintain project schedules and key milestones
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, ownership groups, and municipalities
- Identify and mitigate project risks
- Provide regular progress updates to executive leadership
