In the Greater Phoenix area, we have Group Homes in good neighborhoods; several in North East Phoenix, a few in North West Phoenix and Glendale. In addition, we have Group Homes in Tempe, Mesa, Chandler and Gilbert. We have 4 Adult Day Programs, 1 in NE Phoenix, 1 in NW Phoenix and 2 in Mesa.

Flexible Schedules

Job Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Assist clients with daily living activities in a group home or day program setting.
- Help clients build independence, life skills, and community connections.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and positive environment for all residents.
Requirements
- Age: Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (or actively working toward one.)
- Experience: Caregiving experience is preferred but not required.
- Certifications: Valid Driver's License and CPR certification are preferred but not required.
- Training: Comprehensive and Mandatory PAID training, regardless of past experience or certificates. For seasoned individuals it is a great refresher course!
- Paid for as long as you complete the training and work at least one shift with us.
- Onboarding: Must fill out the required paperwork prior to training.
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card: If you don’t have one, we can assist with the requirements.
- Minimum Weight Requirement: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
