Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Google & Meta Media Buyer to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other digital platforms. Duties
- Develop comprehensive media buying strategies for Google Ads, Meta platforms, Bing Ads, Twitter Ads, and other paid social channels aligned with campaign goals.
- Manage daily campaign setup, targeting, bidding strategies, ad copywriting, and creative testing to optimize performance.
- Conduct detailed keyword research and audience segmentation to enhance targeting precision and improve conversion rates.
- Monitor campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush; analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for optimization.
- Allocate and manage marketing campaign budgets effectively across multiple platforms while ensuring cost efficiency and maximum ROI.
- Prepare detailed web analytics reporting and media performance analytics reports; present insights to stakeholders for strategic decision making.
- Implement conversion tracking setup, A/B testing procedures, and landing page optimization techniques to boost campaign effectiveness.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing paid search marketing campaigns using Google Ads (formerly AdWords), Microsoft Ads (formerly Bing Ads), Facebook Advertising, and Twitter Ads.
- Strong knowledge of performance marketing principles including PPC (pay-per-click) campaign management, media planning, media buying, and budgeting.
- Proficiency with SEO tools, web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and experience with web analytics reporting.
- Ability to perform keyword research using industry-standard tools; familiarity with SEO fundamentals is a plus.
- Skilled in managing large marketing budgets in a search marketing role with a focus on ROI optimization.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources including spreadsheets with pivot tables for decision making.
- Knowledge of digital marketing best practices including conversion optimization, SEM strategies, social media management, and affiliate marketing techniques.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
