Job Responsibilities
- Assist physicians/providers with patient visits and procedures
- Prepare and maintain patient charts
- Answer phones and take messages
- Perform general front desk and clerical duties
- Stock exam rooms and medical supplies
- Maintain exam rooms to MVS standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to every patient
Qualifications
- Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (required)
- Previous healthcare experience preferred
- EMR experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Reliable, organized, and patient-focused
- Valid driver’s license, and reliable transportation required
