Your Role:
- Travel to clients’ homes (road trip playlists encouraged!)
- Collaborate with awesome OTs to deliver individualized treatment plans
- Use play, crafts, and creativity to help children master new skills
- Support families and empower caregivers with practical strategies
- Document progress and celebrate victories—big and small!
You Are:
- A licensed OTA (or eligible for licensure in Florida)
- Excited to work with the pediatric population

Requirements
- Proven experience assisting with ADLs and delivering patient care in settings such as home health, acute care, outpatient clinics, or skilled nursing facilities.
- Strong understanding of medical imaging terminology, physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to occupational therapy.
- Prior experience working with diverse populations including geriatrics and pediatrics in inpatient or outpatient environments.
- Knowledge of care plans development and implementation tailored to individual patient needs.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with healthcare teams and educate patients.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced healthcare settings.
- Relevant certification or licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant is preferred; experience in inpatient or skilled nursing facility environments is highly valued. Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
