Boise Route Works, LLC is a logistics company contracted to deliver packages throughout the Treasure Valley. We are the “last mile” delivery, getting packages to the residences and businesses who rely on our ability to deliver on time.
We are seeking exceptional delivery drivers that can meet our high standards of customer experience and demands for accountability. Here is a tidbit about what we are looking for:
- You must be a customer experience pro: This means that you have to be the type of person that can deliver packages with a smile, listen to any issues and work to resolve those issues.
- You must be an amazingly hard worker willing to work until the job is done.
- You must be trustworthy and reliable. We are a 7 days a week, 361 days a year operation and we need reliable people whom we can trust to show up and do what they are supposed to do without hesitation.
- You must possess an “I can help with that” attitude. There very few problems that cannot be resolved in this position. We need people that are capable and willing to engage issues found on the route and work to resolve them.
- You must be willing to learn from and teach the people around you.
- Must must have the physical ability to perform the job. We routinely lift heavy loads up to 50 lbs as well as continually twist, climb and bend throughout the day.
- Must be willing to work one weekend day.
Here are some of the other things you have to meet:
- You must be at least 21 years of age
- You must consent to and pass a background check
- You must consent to and pass a drug test - MARIJUANA NOT TESTED!
- You must be able to read, write and speak English
- You must pass a simple driving test (NO CDL REQUIRED)
