Responsibilities
- Lead and coach high-energy, 50-minute group training sessions in alignment with ISI® Elite Training methodology and standards.
- Deliver motivating, safe, and effective workouts for members of all fitness levels.
- Demonstrate and cue proper exercise technique and modifications for all movements.
- Maintain a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and engagement throughout each session.
- Build strong relationships with members to drive community, accountability, and retention.
- Provide individualized coaching and encouragement within a group setting.
- Assist members with goal setting, performance tracking, and progress assessments.
- Ensure studio cleanliness and equipment organization before and after each session.
- Participate in ongoing training, continuing education, and performance evaluations.
- Assist the sales team with new-member sign-ups and first FREE sessions.
- Collaborate with the leadership team on member engagement strategies and facility events.
- Represent ISI® brand values inside and outside the facility, promoting a positive culture.
- Attend staff meetings, team-building activities, and community outreach events as needed.

- Group Fitness Instruction – Ability to lead and coach dynamic, results-driven group training sessions.
- Exercise Science Knowledge – Strong understanding of functional training, strength & conditioning, mobility, and recovery.
- Motivational Coaching – Skilled at energizing and inspiring individuals in a group environment.
- Demonstration & Cueing – Excellent verbal and physical cueing for safe and effective exercise execution.
- Adaptability – Able to modify workouts on the fly to accommodate various fitness levels and limitations.
- Communication – Clear, confident communicator with strong interpersonal and motivational speaking skills.
- Member Engagement – Talent for building relationships, fostering community, and creating a loyal member base.
- Time Management – Punctual and efficient in managing session flow and transitions.
- Team Collaboration – Works well with other coaches and staff to deliver a consistent and unified brand experience.

- CPR/AED & Safety Awareness – Knowledge of emergency procedures and a focus on maintaining a safe training environment.
Qualifications
- Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) or Group Fitness Instructor through a nationally accredited organization (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA, ISSA, ACSM, NCSF).
- Current CPR/AED certification (or ability to obtain prior to start date).
- 1+ years of experience in personal training, group fitness, or athletic performance coaching preferred.
- Background in exercise science, kinesiology, sports performance, or related field is a plus.
- Proven ability to coach individuals of varying fitness levels in a group setting.
- Experience with functional training, HIIT, or athletic-based programming is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of movement mechanics, injury prevention, and exercise modification.
- Passion for fitness, leadership, and positively impacting others through health and wellness.
- Comfortable with public speaking and leading high-energy workouts in front of large groups.
- Availability for early morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts, depending on class schedule needs.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
