We are looking for the right individual that fits our team long-term. You must have prior knowledge & experience with all aspects of screen printing. Must work well under pressure, be neat & organized.
Job Duties
- Operate automatic printing press
- Operate manual press as needed
- Reviews work order for each job to understand placement, location, and color(s)
- Maintaining optimum production speed and make press adjustments to maintain print quality, registration, and color
- Set up and tear down jobs
- Create, prepare & clean screens
- Keep a clean working environment
- Troubleshoot various technical problems
- Maintaining screen printing equipment
- Track customer orders through the printing process
- Complete all checklists & other duties as assigned daily
- Use software & online management systems
- Assist with social media posts daily
Job Qualifications
- Passion for creating garments
- Customer service experience
- Self Motivated & Disciplined
- Must live in surrounding areas
- Solid verbal & written communication skills
- Multitask like a champ in a busy environment
- Must be able to stand for extended lengths
- May be required to perform minimal physical labor tasks & must be able to lift 50lb
