Heather Highlands Golf Club is currently hiring motivated individuals to join our Golf Course Maintenance Team as we prepare for an exciting reopening. The golf course is currently undergoing major renovations, including the installation of a brand-new irrigation system and newly rebuilt bunkers.
This is a great opportunity to be part of the process of bringing the course back in great condition before it opens in early summer. We are looking for dependable, hardworking team members who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in producing high-quality playing conditions.
Golf course maintenance experience is a big plus, but not required. We are especially interested in individuals who want to learn, gain experience, and contribute to building a strong, knowledgeable maintenance team.
Responsibilities
- Mowing greens, tees, fairways, and rough
- Bunker raking and maintenance
- Course setup (cup changing, tee markers, etc.)
- Irrigation monitoring and basic maintenance
- String trimming, blowing, and general detail work around the course
- Assisting with ongoing course improvement projects
- Operating and maintaining golf course maintenance equipment
Qualifications
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
- Ability to perform physical work and lift up to 50 lbs
- Attention to detail and pride in quality work
- Golf course or landscaping experience preferred but not required

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
