Emmaline's Cocktails and Provisions inside the DoubleTree by Hilton Greenville Airport is preparing to open its doors, and Pinnacle Partnership is seeking friendly, professional Restaurant Hosts / Hostesses to join our Front-of-House team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable dining experience for every guest from the moment they arrive.
What You’ll Do
Greet and welcome guests warmly as they arrive at the restaurant
Manage reservations, walk-in seating, and waitlists while communicating accurate wait times
Escort guests to tables and accommodate seating preferences when possible
Take to-go and room service orders, ensuring accuracy and clear communication with the kitchen and service team
Enter orders into the POS system and coordinate pickup or delivery timing
Answer guest questions regarding menus, hours of operation, room service options, and hotel dining services
Monitor dining room activity to ensure smooth seating flow and efficient service
Address guest concerns professionally and escalate when needed
Coordinate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff to ensure prompt guest service
Maintain a clean, organized host stand and dining areas
Assist with light cleaning duties such as resetting tables and organizing menus
Support other front-of-house team members as needed
Complete additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous customer service or hospitality experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain organized in a fast-paced environment
Friendly, approachable demeanor with a positive attitude
Ability to stand for extended periods and assist with various duties
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods
