Responsibilities
- Supervise children during drop-in sessions, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting childcare space in accordance with safety standards
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's behavior and daily activities
- Implement classroom management strategies to foster positive behavior and cooperation among children
- Assist with basic first aid when necessary
