Sales & Marketing Associate
Full-Time | Weekly Pay | Paid Training | W-2 Position
We are currently seeking a motivated and people-oriented Sales & Marketing Associate to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity focused on in-person sales, customer engagement, and retail marketing for nationally recognized brands.
In this role, you’ll work directly with customers inside a retail environment, helping introduce products and services, answer questions, explain current promotions, and create a positive overall customer experience.
We’re looking for individuals who are confident communicating with people, enjoy working toward goals, and want an opportunity where they can develop professionally. Previous sales or marketing experience is welcome, but not required. Paid training and ongoing coaching are provided.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Connect with customers face-to-face in a retail environment
- Introduce and promote client products, services, and current offers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Guide customers through the sales and enrollment process
- Build brand awareness through positive customer interactions
- Work toward individual and team sales goals
- Assist with in-store marketing and promotional campaigns
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions
- Participate in ongoing sales, communication, and leadership training
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer engagement and campaign results
