This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for professionals who have a proven track record of success selling asphalt and/or metal roofing systems in homeowners' homes.

Compensation
- Base salary plus 10% commission
- Monthly performance bonus opportunities
- Top performers earn $200,000–$300,000+ annually

What You'll Do
- Run 2–3 company-generated appointments per day
- Perform professional roof inspections and homeowner consultations
- Present roofing solutions and financing options
- Build value and close sales in the home
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences from consultation through contract
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of in-home roofing sales experience (required)
- Proven history of consistently closing roofing sales
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout MA, NH and Southern ME
- Valid driver's license
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work Monday–Saturday
