Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff during shifts, ensuring smooth operations and excellent service delivery
- Coordinate food preparation, cooking, and presentation to meet quality standards and customer expectations
- Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling
- Oversee inventory control, monitor stock levels, and assist with food ordering to minimize waste and control costs
- Train new team members on food safety, food handling, customer service, and restaurant procedures
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across the restaurant
- Support kitchen management by supervising food production, catering events, banquets, or bar service as needed
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments with a strong background in food preparation and kitchen operations
- Prior supervisory or team management experience within the food industry or hospitality sector
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS; cash handling skills required
- Knowledge of food safety management practices and adherence to health regulations
- Excellent communication skills for managerial tasks including interviewing, training & development, and staff supervision
- Ability to perform basic math calculations accurately for order processing and inventory management
- Demonstrated leadership in managing hospitality teams, ensuring high standards of customer service and operational efficiency
