Duties
- The Administrative Assistant is primarily responsible for monitoring intake for Early Intervention (EI)/Preschool Special Education (PSE) services from the EI Hub/CPSE Portal to allow for the delivery of early intervention/preschool services in accordance with the Individualized Family Service Plan/Individualized Education Program IFSP/IEP.
- Administrative Assistant provides therapists, service coordinators, and teachers with the necessary Early Intervention Hub/CPSE Portal information, pediatrician scripts, and electronic billing portal updates per the IFSP/IEP.
- Aids the staff with necessary information to deliver services while fostering and supporting collaboration with families and staff in a professional manner.
- Manage front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and handling incoming phone calls with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records through spreadsheets and filing systems
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries via phone or email promptly and effectively
- Assist with office management tasks such as supply ordering, document proofreading, and maintaining office equipment
- Handle clerical tasks like word processing, document preparation, and ensuring proper phone etiquette
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently while managing multiple responsibilities
- Previous experience in Early Intervention or Preschool services is a plus!
