University Health Behavioral Health is seeking a compassionate, dedicated Evening Residential Program Manager to support our team in providing exceptional care to adults with severe and persistent mental illness (SPMI). This unique leadership role provides operational and crisis support across four group homes located in Downtown Kansas City, MO, all situated within a convenient 10-minute drive of each other. Our goal is to stabilize symptoms, build life skills, and help clients transition back into the community with confidence.
