Job Summary

Responsibilities
- Monitor surveillance systems such as CCTV cameras to detect suspicious activity and ensure continuous site security.
- Conduct regular patrols of the premises, including entrances, exits, and restricted areas, to deter unauthorized access and identify potential threats.
- Respond swiftly and effectively to security incidents or emergencies, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate situations.
- Enforce access control procedures by verifying identification and authorizations for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies during investigations or emergencies to ensure proper procedures are followed.
- Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and security records accurately and promptly.
- Provide first aid or CPR when necessary, ensuring immediate assistance until emergency services arrive.
Skills
- Proven experience in security operations or law enforcement with a strong understanding of security protocols.
- Proficiency in surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and other monitoring tools.
- Ability to manage conflicts calmly and professionally while maintaining safety for all parties involved.
- Knowledge of first aid and CPR certification to respond effectively during medical emergencies.
- Familiarity with loss prevention techniques and security best practices.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and coordination with emergency responders.
