Duties
- Engage with prospective customers through outbound sales calls, cold calling, and in-person interactions to generate new leads and expand the sales pipeline
- Demonstrate vehicles’ features and benefits confidently, tailoring presentations to meet customer needs and preferences
- Negotiate pricing, financing options, and trade-in values to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory control and assist with inventory management to ensure availability of popular models and accessories
- Utilize CRM software to track customer interactions, follow up on leads, and maintain organized sales records
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to maximize revenue opportunities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact to post-sale follow-up
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales with a strong understanding of sales management principles
- Exceptional communication skills in multiple languages or bilingual abilities are highly desirable for diverse customer engagement
- Demonstrated ability in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or high-end sales environments
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent phone etiquette and public speaking abilities
- Proficiency with CRM software and familiarity with inventory management systems is preferred
- Solid organizational skills with a keen eye for retail math, inventory control, and organizational efficiency
- Ability to perform cold calling, outbound sales activities, and develop strategic marketing initiatives
- Customer service orientation with a focus on building rapport and trust with clients
