Front End Associate
Parlor Doughnuts McKinney is a craft doughnut and coffee shop located in, McKinney, TX. We serve crafted layered doughnuts, a small breakfast menu, and hand crafted coffee. We are looking for an upbeat and positive Front End Associate to join our team and help us continue to grow!
Pay is base (depends on experience between $12-13.50 an hour)+ tips. All tips are pooled evenly between all employees based on days and hours worked.
Responsibilities
- Greeting customers as they walk in the door. WE WANT EVERYONE TO FEEL WELCOME AND INVITED.
- Assist with the front end of the restaurant, including cleaning, stocking, and organizing.
- Cross-train as a barista
- Box doughnuts
- Learn Menu
- Use the cash register
- Work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently.
- Ability to work well with others and be a team player.
- Maintain a clean work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- POS experience is a plus
- Cash handling experience is a plus
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.50 per hour
