Overview
*Please have a minimum of 3-4 yrs of experience working as an active esthetician*
Shifts we are looking for are Tues, Thurs, Fri, Sun (potential for more days).
This is hourly PLUS commission. Commission received on services, products, and packages sold. Gratuity is additional.
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Esthetician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in skincare and beauty treatments, with a focus on providing exceptional guest services. As an Esthetician, you will play a vital role in enhancing the overall experience of our clients through personalized skincare consultations. Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while promoting a relaxing and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough skin assessments to recommend appropriate treatments and products.
- Perform a variety of skincare services including facials, and waxing
- Demonstrate product knowledge to educate clients on skincare routines.
- Assist with retail sales by promoting products that align with client needs and preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas to ensure a safe and inviting atmosphere.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to provide the best service possible.
- Be able to provide wax services on all areas of the body.
Qualifications
- Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
- Experience in specialty facials and machines is preferred but not required. Willing to train in all our facial services.
- Familiarity with salon software systems for efficient appointment management.
- Excellent guest service skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail sales experience is a plus, with an emphasis on building client relationships.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
