Are you a professional technician that is tired of the flat rate game? Never knowing what you are going to make each week? Well the game is over! We are currently hiring a B or C level technician are looking for a skilled technician, with at least 5 years of experience and you get paid for the hours you work, not by the job. You can finally get paid for the time you put in! We need someone who will approach their work with pride and “fix it right the first time” determination.
We need you to be able to diagnose vehicle problems, competently maintain and repair vehicles in a professional, neat and timely manner. And be a great team player.
Requirements:
- Working knowledge of vehicle repair procedures - 1 years or more experience;
- Ability to use computers for diagnostics, research, training and testing.
- Furnish own tools.
- Valid driver’s license and insurability under our insurance carrier, maintained throughout employment.
- Have a current Vermont State Inspection License or be able to obtain one for technicians that may be new to working in Vermont.
