We are looking for a Registered Nurse to join our Pediatric Med Surg team as an ADT Nurse. This is a full time day shift position.
ADT Nurse Job Responsibilities:

Critical care RN for Admissions/Discharges/Transfers of both medical surgical & ICU patients on the inpatient units.
Experience Requirements:
-
3-5 Years Discharge Planning Experience Required
-
3-5 Years Admissions Experience Required
License and Certifications:
-
Basic Life Support (BLS) Required

Licensed Registered Nurse Required
