Position Overview:
We’re seeking an experienced Hardscape Installer to join our construction crew. This role involves building patios, retaining walls, outdoor kitchens, stone walkways, and other masonry-based landscape features. The ideal candidate is skilled with hardscaping tools, understands grade and drainage, and can read plans or work from verbal instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install pavers, natural stone, block, and other hardscape materials
- Prepare sites including grading, excavation, and base installation
- Operate skid steers, compactors, saws, and other construction equipment
- Follow project plans to ensure precision and high-quality results
- Work safely and efficiently, maintaining a clean and organized job site
- Assist with training crew members as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years hardscaping or masonry experience required
- Strong knowledge of paver and retaining wall installation techniques
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions
- Experience with skid steer operation a plus
- Valid driver’s license required
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage ($23-25/hr depending on experience)
