We’re looking for motivated individuals who are excited to make a positive impact while being part of a supportive and dynamic team.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, support, and actively engage campers throughout the day
- Assist with gymnastics activities, obstacle courses, and group games
- Help create a safe, structured, and fun environment for all children
- Support daily routines including transitions, snack/lunch time, and clean-up
- Be a positive role model—encouraging teamwork, respect, and confidence
- Communicate effectively with your team and management
What We’re Looking For:
- Reliable and committed team players for the full camp season
- High energy, positive attitude, and love for working with children
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and complete required training (Gravity University)
- Experience with children or gymnastics is a must.
Flexible Schedule Options:
- Morning Shift: 8:15 AM – 12:30 PM
- Afternoon Shift: 12:00 PM – 3:45 PM
- Full Day: 8:15 AM – 4:00 PM
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly rate based on experience
