Cleopatra Ink Tattoo & Piercing
Cleopatra Ink Tattoo & Piercing is an international tattoo and piercing brand that continues to grow across multiple regions. As we continue to develop and expand our operations in Florida, we are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and experienced Regional Operations Manager to manage and support our studio locations throughout the Florida region.
This position will be responsible for managing the daily operations of Cleopatra Ink studios in Florida, monitoring team performance, supporting staff organization, identifying operational needs, improving studio processes, and ensuring that company standards are consistently and sustainably implemented across all locations.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operational processes of Cleopatra Ink studios in the Florida region.
- Visit studio locations regularly to conduct operational checks and evaluate overall performance.
- Identify operational problems, missing resources, workflow issues, and areas for improvement at each studio.
- Create, update, and monitor staff job descriptions, responsibilities, and task distribution.
- Organize team meetings, staff briefings, and training processes when needed.
- Provide operational training and guidance to studio teams on customer experience, sales processes, appointment flow, company standards, and daily studio operations.
- Support the identification of suitable candidates and assist with the recruitment process for studios with staffing needs.
- Organize onboarding processes for new team members and monitor their adaptation to studio operations.
- Ensure that customer greeting, appointment management, design consultation, sales process, and artist workflow are carried out in accordance with company standards.
- Monitor hygiene, studio organization, equipment, supplies, inventory, and overall studio readiness.
- Follow up on the operational materials, equipment, and support processes needed by each studio.
- Regularly analyze studio performance and report updates, issues, and action plans to upper management.
- Monitor customer satisfaction, complaint processes, online reviews, and service quality, and take necessary improvement actions.
- Maintain regular communication with studio teams to review goals, operational gaps, and action plans.
- Protect and sustain the company culture, brand image, and operational standards across all Florida locations.
- Provide fast and effective solutions to operational crises, staff-related issues, and daily workflow problems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- A degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations Management, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred.
- Experience in operations management, regional management, branch management, store management, or a similar leadership position.
- Experience managing multi-location operations is strongly preferred.
- Strong skills in team management, staff organization, task planning, and performance follow-up.
- Experience in staff training, team development, onboarding, and operational process improvement.
- Operational experience in service-based industries, retail, beauty, tattoo, piercing, hospitality, or similar fields is preferred.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, customer experience, and service quality.
- Strong problem-solving, crisis management, and decision-making skills.
- Detail-oriented, disciplined, organized, proactive, and results-driven.
- Ability to prepare regular reports and follow operational action plans.
- Ability to travel regularly within the Florida region for studio visits.
- Valid driver’s license and active driving ability.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.

Position Location
Florida Region, United States
This position requires regular travel between Cleopatra Ink studio locations throughout Florida.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
