Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of facility operations, including staffing, budgets, and resident care.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead, mentor, and support staff to provide exceptional care and create a positive work culture.
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and the community.
- Monitor and enhance quality improvement initiatives to provide the best experience for residents.
- Implement policies and procedures that maintain a safe and respectful environment.
Qualifications:
- Valid NY Nursing Home Administrator License.
- Proven experience in long-term care administration or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, families, and residents.
