We're looking for an energetic, relationship-driven Marketing Specialist-Community & Partnerships who enjoys connecting with people, creating engaging content, and growing thriving communities. What You'll Do
Community Marketing
- Build and grow Doba's online community across social media, forums, webinars, and other digital channels.
- Create engaging content that educates, inspires, and supports entrepreneurs and eCommerce sellers.
- Publish customer success stories, educational articles, videos, newsletters, webinars, and community updates.
- Foster meaningful conversations and encourage active participation within the Doba community.
- Gather customer feedback and community insights to help improve Doba's products and user experience.
Partnership Marketing
- Recruit, onboard, and manage affiliate partners, influencers, creators, and strategic marketing partners.
- Develop and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and partner engagement.
- Build long-term relationships with partners while identifying new partnership opportunities.
- Monitor campaign performance and optimize programs based on engagement and business results.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partners have the resources and support needed for success.
Events & Brand Representation
- Represent Doba at industry trade shows, conferences, networking events, webinars, and community meetups.
- Travel for events and partner meetings.
- Build relationships with prospective customers, affiliates, influencers, and business partners.
- Capture photos, videos, interviews, and other event content for marketing campaigns.
- Support event planning, booth operations, and post-event follow-up initiatives.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, community management, partnership marketing, affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build authentic relationships.
- Comfortable creating content for social media, blogs, email campaigns, and online communities.
- Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking abilities.
- Self-motivated, creative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel approximately 20% of the time.
- Must be located in commutable distance to Lehi, Utah, United States.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eCommerce, SaaS, marketplaces, or dropshipping.
- Experience managing affiliate or influencer programs.
- Familiarity with Shopify, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Walmart Marketplace, or other eCommerce platforms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or other creative tools.
- Experience using email marketing, CRM, or community management platforms.
Pay: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
