Rx HealthCare Services is seeking an experienced, motivated, and relationship-driven Home Health / Hospice Sales Liaison to help grow our Home Health and Hospice divisions. This role is ideal for a healthcare sales professional who is passionate about community outreach, building strong referral relationships, and supporting high-quality patient care.
With more than 35 years of service as a trusted home health agency, we continue to expand our presence and reputation in hospice care. We are looking for someone who can represent our organization with professionalism, energy, and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, oncology offices, physician groups, skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and other healthcare partners
- Educate referral sources and community partners on our Home Health and Hospice services
- Conduct routine facility visits, in-services, and outreach efforts to promote services and strengthen partnerships
- Collaborate with leadership and team members to develop and implement marketing strategies and community outreach initiatives
- Assist in coordinating smooth transitions for patients discharging to Home Health or Hospice services
- Work closely with clinical and operational teams to support continuity of care and ensure patients receive appropriate services and resources
- Partner with the Sales Director and Home Health/Hospice teams to provide education, support, and service to referral sources and the community
- Represent the organization at community events, healthcare meetings, and networking opportunities
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of outside sales experience in the healthcare or medical industry
- Experience in one or more of the following preferred:
- Home Health
- Hospice
- Durable Medical Equipment (DME)
- Other healthcare-related industries serving hospitals, physician offices, skilled nursing facilities, or assisted living communities
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external partners
- Organized, self-motivated, and goal-oriented
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Healthcare, or a related field is a plus, but not required
